Part-Time Administrator – Albany Cleaning Solutions (Cardiff)

Albany Cleaning Solutions is seeking a highly organised Part-Time Administrator to join its team in Cardiff. This role offers 20 hours per week, with flexible days and times to suit the right candidate. No weekend work required.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong administrative and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting the team with daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.

Albany Cleaning Solutions provide commercial cleaning to clients in South Wales and the South West. We are a well-established company with over 22 years in the industry. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional high cleaning standards to all of our clients.

Hours of work

20 Hours per week, but days and times are negotiable. No weekend working.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Area Manager and Operations Manager with all administrative tasks
  • Place and manage job vacancies on the Indeed website and carry out WhatsApp video interviews
  • Update various client portals in a timely manner
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required

Skills / Experience required
