Optimus Learning Services is looking for a part-time Training Administrator to support our growing team. You’ll be responsible for training course bookings, handling administration, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and delegates. This role offers hybrid working, with 1-2 days per week in the office for team meetings, collaboration, and training.

Responsibilities
- Training Course Administration – Adding courses and delegates to our system, raising purchase orders (POs), and issuing invoices.
- Service Desk Support – Responding to client and delegate queries via email and phone.
- Delegate Communications – Sending invites, training details and follow-up information.
- Data & Records Management – Maintaining service trackers, attendance records, and monitoring evaluations.
- Supplier Liaison – Communicating with training providers to confirm bookings and course details.
- General Administrative Duties – Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including answering calls.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong administrative experience in a customer service or training environment.
- Excellent attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in data entry, invoices, and communication.
- Process-driven mindset – comfortable working with structured workflows.
- Confident communicator – written and verbal (email, phone, and virtual meetings).
Desirable Skills
- Experience in training or learning administration.
- Knowledge of compliance processes related to training and learning.

Contract Type: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (1-2 office days per week) – office is currently Sawbridgeworth
Salary: £26,000 pro-rata equivalent to £13,867 per year based on 20 hours
