About the Role
Anne Jagger Recruitment is representing a manufacturing/production company in Gloucestershire, seeking a temporary Part Time Administrator to start ASAPfor a 4-month period.
This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility of remote/hybrid working, and would initially involve 2 weeks on on-site training at their Bourton on the Water offices.
By joining this dynamic team, you will receive an hourly pay at £13.50 to £14 per hour, depending on skills and experience, and a friendly work culture.
Working hours would be a minimum of three hours per day and a maximum of up to 25 hours per week (between their core hours of 8.30am and 5pm).
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to ensure smooth operations within the purchasing team.
Qualifications
- Previous ERP experience is desirable
- Proven experience as an Administrator in a similar environment required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
