About The Access Project

The Access Project supports under-resourced young people in gaining admission to top universities through a unique program of mentoring, skills coaching, and tuition.

Talent is widespread, but opportunities are not. Education in the UK remains profoundly unequal, with research from The Sutton Trust showing that students from the most under-resourced backgrounds are three times less likely to attend university than their more advantaged peers.

The Access Project aims to level the playing field, enabling the country’s most under-resourced young people to secure places at top universities and maximize their potential for social mobility. Recognized as an industry leader in education and widening participation, the organization continues to drive meaningful change in the sector.
