About Us

We’re a growing business focused on building strong relationships with new clients. We’re looking for a reliable, proactive part-time Assistant to support outbound lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. If you’re organised, confident writing messages, and enjoy working independently, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

Your core focus will be finding and engaging potential clients on LinkedIn. You’ll use Sales Navigator to identify the right people, send personalised outreach, and keep track of responses to help build a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify potential clients that match our target profile.
  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists.
  • Send personalised connection requests and follow-up messages aligned to our tone and outreach strategy.
  • Handle message replies professionally and route warm leads to the team.
  • Track outreach activity, lead status, and outcomes in a simple CRM/spreadsheet.
  • Provide regular updates on performance (e.g., connections sent, acceptance rate, replies, qualified leads booked).

What We’re Looking For (Essential)

  • Strong written communication — you can write clear, friendly, professional messages.
  • Confident using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator (or able to learn quickly).
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.
  • Reliable, discreet, and professional when representing the business.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in lead generation, outreach, sales support, recruitment, or VA work.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Monday, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
  • Experience writing outreach sequences or refining messaging based on results.
  • Interest in sales/marketing or client development.

Working Style & Culture

  • Flexible, supportive, and no-micromanagement environment.
  • Clear targets and guidance, but lots of freedom in how you structure your time.
  • Opportunity to grow the role if things go well.
