Full job description
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team, to provide valuable support to the business, to alleviate the company Director from accountancy tasks. The Bookkeeper would be required to work on a part time basis (days can be flexible) and an option for work from the office, home, or a hybrid position is possible.
The Company Director currently looks after all the accounts, to include invoices, candidate payroll, staff payroll, reconciliation and bookkeeping. We are looking for a Bookkeeper to take over these tasks, so that the Director can focus in other areas of the business.
Experience of using accounting software life Xero, and experience delivering these tasks, would be advantageous but all training can be provided. We would also be open to hiring a junior accountant, who is working towards become an Accountant.
The Role:
- Part time role (3 days a week)
- Work from home or Hybrid (must be able to come into the office on occasion)
- 00 – 17.00 with a 30-minute lunch
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (prorated)
- £25,000 – £35,000 (prorated) depending on experience and equalisation
