Radfield Home Care is seeking caring and dependable individuals to support people living independently across Bromley, Orpington, and Beckenham. This part-time role focuses on delivering respectful, high-quality home care, helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and wellbeing in their own homes.
You do not need previous care experience to apply, as full training is provided. What is essential is a warm personality, strong personal values, and a genuine desire to support others. Applicants must be aged 18 or over, have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and the legal right to work in the UK.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
