Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Maintain an organised checkout area, ensuring cleanliness and stock availability.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking.
- Demonstrate basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and change giving.

Essential Requirements:
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not essential.
