Part-Time Customer Service Advisor – EE – Newcastle upon Tyne

EE is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join its Newcastle upon Tyne team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are naturally helpful, calm under pressure, and great at building relationships — no previous customer service experience is needed as full training will be provided.

About the Role

 Salary: £13,379.73 rising to £13,698.13 after 8 months being here, plus uncapped commission

Start Date: 8th September 2025

Part Time: 20 hours per week (can also offer 25 or 30 hours)

Please note, our shift pattern will include working every Sunday and Monday, other working days will be discussed through the recruitment process.
