Salary: £13.30 an hour

About the Role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm–2pm
Holiday: 20 days pro rata
Full training provided
We’re looking for a highly organised and friendly Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is confident communicating with people, and can work independently.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Answer inbound calls and take clear messages while staff are on lunch
- Respond to and manage webchats and email enquiries
- Organise and prioritise emails
- Process client requests such as closing accounts, updating balances and fielding customer queries
- Maintain accurate and timely records
