Duties
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each person’s needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a friendly and respectful environment
- Monitor and record health conditions, reporting any concerns to senior staff promptly
- Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of care environments in accordance with health and safety standards
- Support with medication administration under supervision, ensuring correct procedures are followed
- Drive or accompany clients on outings or appointments as required, ensuring their safety during travel
Requirements
