What We Need From You?
- Minimum of 6 months recent and relevant care experience in a UK-based paying carer role.
- Clear protection of vulnerable group scheme record (PVG/DBS)
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and other staff members
- Passion and interest in providing excellent quality of care
