Duties
- Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to service users
- Administer medication following prescribed guidelines (training provided)
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using IT systems
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required
- Support with light domestic tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Travel between care homes and home care locations using a valid driving licence when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members, service users, and their families to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
