Full job description
We are a family run business, established for over 9 years and currently provide care to Hazel Grove, Offerton, Romiley, Woodley, Bredbury, Gee Cross and nearby areas.
Due to continued growth we are looking to add to our fun, loving, caring and friendly Kind Hearted family.
It takes a truly special person, with the right personality and a passion for making a real difference, to work as a care assistant / support worker for Kind Hearted Care.
We pay well – £13.50 per hour and £20.25 for Bank Holidays
You’ll always feel supported – with one-to-one mentoring, ongoing training and help at the end of a phone, you’re not alone.
Hours & Shifts are Circa
0715 – 1400 or 1600 – 2130, you will be expected to work a mixture of these shifts to support the needs of the care rota.
You will be required to work alternate weekends.
The position available is for 3 shifts per week – generally between 15 & 20 hours, extra hours are available to help cover sickness and holidays.
Key Requirements
- You must have a Driving License and Own Vehicle
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- You must be over 18
- You should be flexible to work as people are on holiday, sickness etc
- You should be kind, compassionate and enjoy helping others
- You should have great communication skills
- Be comfortable with providing personal care including incontinence support, washing and dressing.
This position is a Permanent contract.
Pay: £13.50 per hour
We expect you to be able to work between 12 – 25 hours for part time and between 25 – 35 for full time.
