About the Role
Are you a customer service professional keen to make your mark in the rapidly developing manufacturing industry? Well, we at Express have just the role for you!
Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Manufacturing business who are looking to recruit an Inbound customer executive to support the expansion of their Leicester based team. This role is a part time role working 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday 10am-2pm.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, and take responsibility for following up enquiries, dealing with customer queries and Managing relationships with current clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast paced customer service environment.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients both new and old.
- Introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers.
- Communicating with the Logistics team to ensure order statuses are up to date.
- Record customer details and sales information accurately in the software system provided.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
- Following up inbound leads for the sales teams.
Skills and Experience
- Experience within a customer service role or similar required
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers.
- Proficient in using computer software systems for data entry and customer management – all training will be provided.
- Experience within manufacturing industries highly desirable
- Excellent Written and verbal communication
