Reporting directly into the CEO, one minute you could be arranging the next Kip Annual Conference for 300 guests, to the next minute hosting and coordinating an internal training event to ordering in the tea bags and team cakes! Lots of organisational, problem solving and attention to detail skills needed for this role which requires high precision to general office admin and internal comms.
The main purpose for this role is to provide administrative and general office support to the UK Head Office and to be the point of contact for customers in the UK.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can be:

Job Type: Perm
Location: Gloucester office/hybrid
Example – Monday to Thursday, 9.30am – 2.30 pm = 20 hours per week based on a FTE £25,000, actual salary £14,285 per annum.

The days in the office are set when the whole team are in at the same time. Flexibility will be key to this role and at times the need for flexibility to travel and work from the office daily may be required.

- Central location – Railway House, Gloucester. Unfortunately, there is no parking on site, however we are located next to the main train and bus station and there is parking on road and in local car parks.
- 28 days holiday including Bank/Public holidays – we have a compulsory company closed down of 1 week at Christmas and the first week in August.
- Consolidated working week of 35 hours over 4 days (Monday – Thursday) for full timers, with one Friday once a month on a rota system)
- Social Events, including attendance at the Annual Conference and Gala dinner held in early September.
- Potential start date – ASAP with Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) clearance working with children clearance and proof of Right to Work in UK confirmed.
