Peterborough City Council is currently recruiting a professional and reliable Reablement Support Worker to join its community services team on a part-time basis. As a Reablement Support Worker, you will work directly with service users to help them regain confidence and daily living skills following illness, injury, or hospital discharge. The position requires resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.

Attention to detail is also vital, particularly when following reablement plans, monitoring progress, and accurately recording outcomes to support ongoing care decisions.

Our RSWs support our clients in the community with everyday tasks such as food and meal preparation, toileting support, catheter care, personal care and other daily activities. Due to this you MUST hold a UK driving license and have access to a car.
We have the following part time vacancies available including;
28 hours – 8-11 and 4-9 – this is a split shift
PLEASE NOTE ANNUAL SALARY IS BASED ON 37 HOURS, THIS WILL BE PRO RATA TO THE RELEVANT HOURS
