Position: Receptionist
Salary: £12.21 per hour

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced front of house receptionists to cover a job share role in Salford.
Shift pattern:
12.30 -5pm. Monday to Friday.
You’ll currently be working in either a hospitality environment or commercial organisation.
12.21 phr.
Microsoft Office (Outlook) is required as there will be extensive use.
Responsibilities
- Provide a very warm welcome for all clients, visitors and staff
- Central contact for tenants and colleagues for any help
- Workspaces Administration
- Meeting room promotion
- Maintain high standards of customer service and service delivery.
- Provide business support and assistance to clients, and respond to requests and needs in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming calls with a high level of communication to efficiently resolve
- Work with the facilities manager to manage and organise the maintenance jobs and calendar
- Coordinate meeting room facilities and bookings including promotion of meeting spaces, manage booking relationships including hosting and invoicing clients.
- Coordinate networking events such as planning attendee lists, create events on Eventbrite
