Role Details

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week, with potential for flexibility depending on business needs.

Monday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

Tuesday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Thursday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Pay:

Weekly pay – £12.21 per hour

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High cleaning and hygiene standards
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with Ovatu booking system (preferred, training can be provided)
  • Confident using social media
  • Comfortable using Google systems (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and setting up the clinic for technicians
  • Greeting and assisting clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Managing bookings via Ovatu (training provided if needed)
  • Maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area
  • Supporting daily clinic operations and staff needs
  • Creating engaging social media content (e.g. stories, reels, updates)
  • Handling client enquiries via phone, email, social media and in-person
  • Personal Assistant duties for Lydia
