What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day success of the store, including:

  • Leading and supporting your team to hit store targets.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and handling queries professionally.
  • Keeping shelves full, tidy, and visually appealing.
  • Assisting with stock deliveries and backroom organisation.
  • Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.

You’ll work side-by-side with your team, helping to create a positive, productive store environment. Whether stepping up to lead or diving into the detail, your contribution will help the store thrive—and your colleagues feel supported.
