Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in a team dedicated to empowering individuals in their everyday lives. Your role includes:
- Supporting individuals with daily routines such as cooking, cleaning and personal care
- Encouraging independence and involvement in the community
- Supporting with hobbies, social events, and day trips
- Administering medication when required
- Keeping care plans and records up to date
- Safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their rights and wellbeing

- We’re seeking someone who is genuinely caring, enthusiastic and has the resilience to support people through both the highs and lows of daily life.
- Experience with mental health needs, learning disabilities, or behaviours that challenge is desirable
- Confident and capable of adapting to new situations
- A good sense of humour and a compassionate approach
- Positive, proactive, and patient
- Must be comfortable with sleep-in duties
