Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in a team dedicated to empowering individuals in their everyday lives. Your role includes:
  • Supporting individuals with daily routines such as cooking, cleaning and personal care
  • Encouraging independence and involvement in the community
  • Supporting with hobbies, social events, and day trips
  • Administering medication when required
  • Keeping care plans and records up to date
  • Safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their rights and wellbeing

  • We’re seeking someone who is genuinely caring, enthusiastic and has the resilience to support people through both the highs and lows of daily life.
  • Experience with mental health needs, learning disabilities, or behaviours that challenge is desirable
  • Confident and capable of adapting to new situations
  • A good sense of humour and a compassionate approach
  • Positive, proactive, and patient
  • Must be comfortable with sleep-in duties
