Position: Part Time Support Worker

Salary: £12.25 per hour

About the Role

Cygnet is  looking for a confident Part Time Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday on split day shifts, your first shift will be 6am-8am and the second shift of the day is 8pm-10pm. This is a 3 month fixed term contract with the possibility for an extention.

Main Duties

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
