About the Role

As a Support Worker at Burlington Villa, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. No two days are the same. You may be supporting individuals inside the home or taking part in fun and engaging community activities.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and some unsociable hours to ensure continuous support for residents.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Monitoring, recording and administering medication
  • Supporting personal care and mobility needs
  • Assistance with shopping
  • Food preparation
  • Light household tasks
  • Providing companionship
  • Encouraging independence and daily living skills
  • Supporting hobbies, activities and community outings

You do not need to be a driver — we welcome both drivers and non-drivers.
