The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 or 4 qualification in Health & Social Care (desired) and a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in a support or care setting (desired). Salary: £13 – £13.50 per hour

About the Role
Inicio is one of the UK’s largest providers of Accommodation, Support, & Life Skill Services to Children, Young People, & Families.
We are looking for committed, motivated and resilient Support Workers who have a passion and ambition to support young people aged 16 to 19, who are transitioning from residential or foster care, present as homeless or are unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.

As a Support Worker your role will be to work alongside young people, actively promoting independence and preparing them to transition into adulthood.
Working on a multiagency basis and in partnership with internal and external professionals to ensure young people are given the correct wrap around support and are treated equally, as individuals, and without discrimination.

Experience & Qualifications
- Level ¾ in Health & Social Care. (Desired)
- Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience. (Desired)
- Hold a valid Driving licence and access to own vehicle. (Required)
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years of age. (Required)
- DBS on Update System. (Desired)
- Willing & able to do Sleep In shifts (Required)
