What We’re Looking For:
- Driver with access to a car – essential for travel in and around Altrincham (must live within 15 minutes of the area)
- Autism experience – you understand the strengths and challenges that come with autism and how to provide the right support
- Excellent communication skills – English must be your first language due to communication needs
- Engaging, outgoing personality – energetic, approachable, and proactive in encouraging independence
Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting a young adult to develop social connections and take part in community activities
- Encouraging independence and building confidence in everyday life
- Being a trusted companion, positive role model, and source of encouragement
What You’ll Get:
- Pay: £13.40ph weekdays, £14.40ph weekends
- Guaranteed Hours: Up to 50% of your committed weekly hours after probation
