About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Main Duties

  • Provide administrative support, including clerical duties and data entry tasks.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle correspondence via email and phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Maintain organised digital files and documentation using Google Suite and other office software.
  • Assist with scheduling social media accounts each week.
  • Assist with customer service emails.
  • Assist with managing influencers and models.
  • Assist with editing content and websites.
  • Conduct research as needed to support ongoing projects or initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Experience

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other office applications is essential.
