About the Role

We offer full support and a team environment on a remote basis, but you will be requested to attend one team event per year in London.

We are looking for dynamic, professional, and experienced Virtual Assistants for an immediate start working on a remote basis.

You will need to be great at communication, a quick learner and proactive.

Responsibilities

Duties are varied, but typically include:

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Finance or credit control duties
  • Supporting business owners and senior management
  • Travel management
  • Streamlining processes and procedures
  • Personal and lifestyle management
  • Liaising with customers and clients

Beneficial, experience on the following systems

Trello

Microsoft 365

Slack

Xero

To work with us you have to be committed to supporting us and our clients on a long-term basis and have the relevant equipment, anti-virus software and systems to work securely on a remote basis. We ask that you have regular weekly availability.

About you

To be considered you will be required to:

  • Have a minimum of 5yrs experience in a high performing role
  • High level written and verbal communication
  • Professional telephone and video call manner
  • Be highly computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good all-round IT skills

Availability Mon-Fri Min 15hrs per week
