Position: Personal Assistant

Salary: £11.44 an hour

Location: Sowerby Bridge HX6 2TW (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing productivity within the company, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with an Independent Financial Planner in a dynamic environment and also other areas within the group,

After initial training commission will be available

Main Duties

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments,
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Cold calling and lead generation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Lead generation and acquisition skills
  • Marketing and SEO skills would be advantageous
  • Content creation, for social media and adverts
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competence in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with financial services and terminology this isnt mandatory
  • Must be hardworking focussed and able to see tasks through to completion
