Position: Personal Assistant
Salary: £30,000 to £37,000 a year
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our senior leadership team at Solus. In this role, you’ll ensure efficient scheduling, prioritise engagements, and manage daily administrative tasks, allowing our leaders to focus on strategic initiatives.
Main Duties
- Calendar & Time Management: Coordinate leaders’ schedules, prioritise meetings, and ensure smooth time management in line with the business needs and priorities making the most effective use of time.
- Event / Meeting Support & Planning: Source venues, negotiate costs, prepare agendas, take minutes, handle correspondence, arrange travel, and create meeting packs.
- Communication & Relationship Management: Act as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders to align schedules and manage expectations. Prioritising incoming correspondence delegating where appropriate in Senior Leaders absence.
- Task & Project Tracking: Track priority projects and actions to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are resolved in a timely manner.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor travel, event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Organisation: Experience in managing busy calendars and coordinating multiple schedules.
- Communication: Strong skills in liaising with teams and stakeholders both internal and external.
- Attention to Detail: Precise in tracking tasks, actions, and budget needs.
- Confidentiality: Able to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem Solver: Able to solve problems independently pulling on additional appropriate support and advice where required.
