About the Role
We are seeking a highly-organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO’s Executive Assistant.
This role is to assist the CEO’s Executive Assistant in managing day-to-day operations and ensure that the CEO’s schedule and personal needs are efficiently handled.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful and has a passion for facilitating smooth workflows, allowing the Executive Assistant to focus on higher-level responsibilities.
Main Duties
- Administrative Support: Assist the Executive Assistant with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, organising meetings and handling travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails and other correspondence as directed.
- Task Management: Help track the progress of ongoing projects and tasks, assisting the Executive Assistant with prioritisation and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Personal Assistant Tasks: Handle various personal tasks for the CEO, as requested, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Special Projects: Provide support on special initiatives and ad-hoc projects, assisting with research, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or similar role.
- Experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Docs and Google Drive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong commitment to the confidentiality of the CEO’s personal and business matters.
