About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join leading European manufacturer. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and contribute to the efficiency of the business.
Main Duties
- Offering administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Coordinating appointments and managing an active calendar of meetings
- Planning and coordinating events and conferences
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Maintaining office systems and databases efficiently
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
