Salary: £11.44 -£11.90 per hour

About the Role
This Job/Role, is for a Dispensary & Healthcare Assistant in Chinnor Pharmacy. Note: You will also be trained in over the counter healthcare and must be able to provide both roles where and when required.

Main Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide patient care by answering questions and providing medication information
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication administration
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations- Provision of Pharmaceutical Services e.g. Covid/Flu vaccines / Ear microsuction (training given)
- Healthcare/over the counter advice
- Shop floor merchandising
Requirements
- Previous experience as a pharmacy dispenser or pharmacy technician preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in any retail sector preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Good communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and ethics in handling confidential patient information
- Developing relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure that we deliver the most effective and patient friendly customer service.

- Mon 9am-6pm , Weds 9am-6pm, Fri 2pm-6pm + 1 in every 4 Saturdays (9am-1pm)
