We have an exciting opportunity for a IT Project Administrator to join our team, working remotely. As part of a growing company, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of the artefacts used in managing successful tech deployments.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who can work independently and as part of a team. You will support various tech deployment projects, ensuring that administrative tasks are kept up to date according to weekly schedules and assisting with specific project-related tasks.
For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to expand their knowledge of the tech deployment environment through peer and senior-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, governance, and logistical support
- Monitor and triage the mailbox daily
- Support Deployment Leads and Coordinators with deployment tasks
- Maintain deployment schedules, issue logs, and stock management records
- Manage and process change requests
- Deployment coordination
- Quality assurance, ensuring that standards and requirements are met
