Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays)
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving transformation and delivering impactful change across complex, cross-functional environments?
At The Compleat Food Group, we’re on a mission to create food to feel good about, and we’re looking for a Project Manager – Demand Planning who can help us do just that. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading chilled food manufacturers on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for a permanent role.
As a key member of our Transformation team, you will lead and deliver critical projects that support operational excellence and business growth. This high-profile role will see you working across our Commercial Sales, IT, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Supply Chain teams, driving collaboration and delivering strategic initiatives that move the business forward.
You’ll need to be commercially minded, highly confident, and experienced in change and transformation management within a fast-paced FMCG or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects – from scoping to execution and evaluation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners to ensure project success
- Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and resource planning
- Communicate progress to senior stakeholders through clear, concise reporting
- Drive project alignment across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Embed quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in everything you do
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in project or program management, ideally within FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn strategy into action
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches)
- Analytical and tech-savvy, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Full UK driving licence (due to site travel)
