Job Summary:
Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, methodical, and organised Project Manager to join our Operations Team. This role involves managing the delivery of traffic data projects and ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Key Details:
Location: Maidenhead office (with options for hybrid working: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote, or full remote for suitable candidates).
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.
Reporting Line: Project Team Lead.
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Maintain client contact throughout project lifecycles, providing regular updates.
- Project Delivery: Ensure timely and successful project completion, meeting SLAs and client expectations.
- Communication: Utilise strong verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Resource Management: Confirm client requirements are clearly understood and projects are correctly resourced.
- Data Quality: Manage high-quality project data delivery through liaison with relevant departments and risk mitigation.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets to maximise profitability.
- Process Improvement: Identify and report project/process improvements to the Project Team Lead.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Support the Project Team Lead with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Project Management Experience: 3 years of proven experience in managing projects within a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Experience with technical projects is advantageous.
- Planning and Critical Thinking: Demonstrated high-level planning and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities with budgeting and prioritisation capabilities.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Negotiation and Risk Management: Proven negotiation and risk management capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
