With a strong track record of delivering strategic change, we are looking to expand our successful Transformation Service, with opportunities available for both Business Analysts and Project Managers.
To support our ambitions, we are embarking on exciting programmes that aim to diversify our income and target new markets, improve our organisational efficiency, and bring some of our core processes and systems up to date.
We are therefore seeking to strengthen our Business Change capacity by recruiting to our strategic change function. This role will join our high-performing team to deliver a range of projects.
As a Project Manager, you will work with the Business Change team to be part of how we deliver strategic change in an agile and responsive way. You will deliver business change projects, providing oversight and management of interdependencies, risks and issues, and manage time, cost and quality to ensure that benefits are realised.
You will have experience of leading and managing successful change initiatives using a project management approach. You will also have experience working with groups of stakeholders from different disciplines and the confidence to challenge, engage and support all levels of staff across the organisation.
