Salary: £31,000 per year

About the Role

An excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a well-established Pizza Brand. Your role will be specialist shopfitting and interior fit-out proudly delivering exceptional projects for high street Pizza Brand. Some training will be provided alongside our experienced project managers.

The project manager is a key member of the P&A team, responsible for delivering interior fit-out projects in travel retail, high street retail and commercial sectors, ranging in size and complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations within various departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects, providing support and contributing innovative ideas.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, utilising strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Learn to use Civil 3D software for project planning and execution as required.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within the organisation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review, showcasing findings and recommendations.
  • Supporting project managers, development & monitoring of project programs.
  • Attend site meetings to monitor and support progress on site.
  • Produce health & safety plans and review method statements and risk assessments.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and professional communication with clients & project teams at all times.
  • Track and manage all extras, variations, and omissions to the agreed contract value.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices for your projects.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry (ESSENTIAL).
  • Valid UK Driving Licence (ESSENTIAL).
  • Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Bench Joinery / Shopfitting NVQ Level 3 (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience using AutoCAD (preferred but not essential).
  • Practical/site-based work experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Construction qualification—HNC or degree level (preferred but not essential).
