This role involves providing care across Wales and is not based in any one location.
This is the only role available to sponsored applicants.
This application is for a position on our regional care worker team, which works across Wales providing care and support.
This role is part of our flexible working regional team, working across all local authorities to provide care and support to individuals regardless of their location.
Our regional team works flexibly to meet the needs of each branch. Within this role, you will work in different locations supporting each geographical area. You will cover planned and unplanned absences. This role will include short-notice changes to your work location. You maybe required to work away from home including live in Care.
This role involves significant travel, and you must be confident at driving ; mileage is paid from your first service user to your last.
This role is paid at an enhanced rate of £12.82 per hour due to the requirement of being flexible and working across Wales.
Weekend enhancements. You will be paid for planned contact time (Visits), planned travel time and 45p per mile from your first service user to your last. As you are paid at an enhanced rate, you will not receive compensation for downtime; however, we will ensure that you meet your contracted hours.
Full Time Only
39 Hours
We are registered with UKVI & will ensure we will fully comply with all of UKVI requirements.
