We’re recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across a range of services in the Cornwall region.

This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference. You’ll be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.

The Role

  • Provide person-centred care across different services
  • Support adults and children with complex clinical needs
  • Assist with personal care, medication, communication and community access
  • Adapt quickly to new teams and routines
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver safe, consistent support

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • Flexible, reliable and comfortable travelling between services
  • Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
  • Calm, adaptable and quick to learn

What you’ll bring

  • Complex Care
  • Autism
  • Epilepsy
  • Behaviours that may be perceived as challenging
