We are looking for a registered nurse (with a valid PIN) to join our award winning care homes based in Barham and Baylham where we deliver a highly personalised range of residential and nursing care. Our services include full-time residential and nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, convalescence, respite, and dementia care.

Our home are in the beautiful Suffolk countryside between Ipswich and Bury and are close to Stowmarket.

We are looking for a registered nurse who is passionate about dementia care . Someone who has a rapport, shows intuition and has a deep understanding of complex care needs.

Main Duties

You will:

  • Lead a team to ensure the highest possible standards of care
  • Assessment of residents’ needs, creating and implementing Care plans
  • Developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet resident’s physical, social and psychological needs, whilst still championing independence and personal choice
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records.
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines – identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively.
  • Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.
