Pay & Hours:
£22.57 per hour for day shifts (+£1 enhancement for nights)
Day & night shifts available
Enhanced rates for bank holidays
42 hours per week (part-time options available)

Responsibilities
You’ll spend most of your time within one community, getting to know residents and their individual needs. With full support from a buddy during training, you’ll build the confidence to work independently, providing hands-on care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You’ll:
- Liaise with GPs, dieticians, and other health professionals.
- Assess care plans and review medication.
- Support residents and their families with tailored care.
- Ideally, you will have experience working with dementia patients and individuals who exhibit challenging behaviours.
- Upon joining, you’ll embark on a comprehensive Nursing Development Portfolio—offering training certified by Health Education England and competencies designed to enhance your career. Additionally, you’ll gain access to external university-accredited courses, mentorship opportunities, and advanced clinical skills training.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with team members effectively.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting clients when necessary.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
