About the Role
Are you a compassionate and dedicated NMC registered nurse seeking a new opportunity in the UK? We are currently looking for an enthusiastic nurse to join our team in Insch. We offer Tier 2 sponsorship for eligible candidates seeking to switch employers. (Please note, candidates must already be located in the UK.)
Main Duties
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents’ health conditions.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Act as a mentor and role model to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- NMC registration as a Nurse with an active PIN.
- Previous experience working in a care home or similar setting.
- Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of nursing best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
