Restore7 Ltd is seeking a compassionate and motivated Rehabilitation Assistant – Care Worker to join our multidisciplinary team, working primarily in Huddersfield and West Leeds, with our main office based in Leeds (LS7). In this role, you will support clients with complex neurological conditions in their homes and community settings, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will assist in rehabilitation under the supervision of a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, and/or Speech and Language Therapist, and provide support with daily living activities such as personal care, walking, and shopping. Strong communication skills, patience, and a person-centred approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to support with rehabilitation
  • Support individuals with activities of daily living
  • Encourage independence and participation in activities
  • Monitor and report client progress to the wider clinical team
  • Maintain accurate records in line with care plans

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care or support role
