We’re now in our fourth year, steadily growing, and proud to work with clients across the Southeast who value our transparency, responsiveness, and genuine care for what we do.
We’re a small but ambitious team working remotely, fuelled by collaboration, flexibility, and strong values. From supporting local charities to carbon-offsetting from day one, we’re proof that doing business the right way really works. We are committed to openness, fairness, and inclusion, creating a culture where people are supported, listened to, and able to thrive. We all have personal and professional challenges, and we believe we are stronger together
The Role
This role is the link that keeps our projects and communication flowing whilst being at the heart of our relationships with clients and contractors.
As our new Admin & Business Support, you’ll keep everything running smoothly — from client communication and project support to social media posts and tender coordination. One day you might be chasing contractors, the next formatting a key client report or helping us post something great on LinkedIn.
We promise it won’t be boring, and as we are a growing business, the role will develop and grow as the business does. It provides the opportunity to learn, gain responsibility, and build a career.
You’ll work closely with our Surveyors and Directors, helping us stay efficient, organised, and visible — while being trusted to manage your own workload from home.
What You’ll Do
Core Admin & Project Support
- Handle day-to-day admin and communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage paperwork, reports, records, and tender submissions.
- Support compliance, meetings, and report formatting to maintain quality and consistency.
- Provide regular admin support to Building Surveyors.
Business Operations
- Keep projects and processes running smoothly with strong organisation and time management.
- Assist with fee quotes, contracts (DocuSign), planning checks, and data sourcing.
- Coordinate tenders and support analysis/records.
- Maintain consistency by creating and updating process guides.
Marketing & Visibility
- Post regularly on social media platforms and help with email campaigns.
- Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries.
- Support basic marketing, promotions, and networking (starting and building relationships and opportunities to engage with peers in the sector).
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:
- GCSE English and Maths – Grade 5/C or above
- Organised& detail-oriented — spotting things others might miss.
- Strong with your time-management skills – we need services to be delivered in a timely manner.
- Proactive & independent — you won’t need handholding and can hit the ground running with this role. You will also be happy working 100% remotely.
- Friendly & professional — equally at ease on the phone or in an email. Confident building relationships with people.
- An understanding of tech — comfortable with Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign, and social media.
- Flexible & self-motivated — working remotely but always connected through messages, calls, Teams meetings and our monthly or quarterly team meetups. Although we’re remote, we stay closely connected on Teams every day.
- Values-driven — you’ll understand why we do what we do, not just tick boxes.
- Bonus points if you enjoy variety, are curious about the property sector, or like the idea of growing with a business that’s still shaping its future.
Why join our team?
- You’ll enjoy various challenges, learning as you go, and being trusted to take ownership. Working with new people, new projects and diverse challenges – no two days look the same here
- Flexibility that works for you – this role is fully remote, and you will be expected to work core hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Mon-Fri. That said, for the right candidate we’re open to 30–37.5 hours per week, with flexibility around how the week is structured
- Visible impact – in a small team, your work won’t go unnoticed.
- Supportive culture – we believe in collaboration, not corporate politics.
- A company with values – from rewilding projects to charity partnerships, we care about doing business right.
- There is the potential for you to make the role bigger as our business grows.
