Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
- Manage player registrations, attendance records, and payment tracking.
- Coordinate training sessions, events, and competitions — including venue bookings and equipment logistics.
- Support the coaching team with communication to players, parents, and clubs.
- Prepare and distribute invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
- Maintain databases and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist with marketing tasks such as social media updates, newsletters, and website content.
- Ensure all safeguarding and compliance documentation is up to date.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, parents, and partners.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Desirable:
