About My Solution Wellbeing

My Solution Wellbeing is a rapidly growing counselling organisation with 10 locations across the UK. We provide therapy for individuals of all ages, couples, and families, as well as training for organisations. Additionally, we collaborate with schools to support students through therapeutic services.

Position: Administration Assistant

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Job Type: Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client enquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your ability to communicate professionally and empathetically will be key to providing an exceptional client experience. Strong sales and organisational skills are essential for effectively managing bookings and promoting our services.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally and warmly handle all incoming phone calls.
  • Match clients with the most suitable therapist and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Handle rebookings and reorganise appointments as needed.
  • Liaise with counsellors to coordinate client sessions.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Respond to general enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Process client payments securely.
  • Promote services and encourage client rebookings through strong sales and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the counselling profession and mental health, including various counselling modalities and therapeutic practices.
  • Exceptional sales and organisation skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Proactive and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
