The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and be proficient in using software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to manage financial records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised.
