Salary: £14.00 – £18.00 per hour

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our small but busy kitchen fitting and joinery business. This is a flexible, part-time remote role perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Drafting, sending, and following up on quotes for kitchen and joinery projects
  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Light scheduling and coordination of appointments and job start dates

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in admin, PA work, or similar
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Solid computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, basic document formatting)
  • Experience with trades or quoting/invoicing software is a bonus but not essential
  • Someone who can be flexible ideally available for a few hours across the week as needed
