Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the facilities and operations team
- Process maintenance requests and update work order systems
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to support service delivery
- Prepare accurate reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications
- Maintain digital and physical records in line with compliance standards
- Uploading invoices
We’re Looking For Someone who:
- Has previous administrative experience (facilities management experience a plus)
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and professionally (both written and verbal)
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease
- Is a self-starter who works well both independently and in a team
- Discretion when handling confidential information
