About the Role
Join our team as a Business Analyst. You’ll support clients by identifying needs, specifying requirements, and recommending solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client meetings.
- Assist in identifying and specifying needs.
- Gather business requirements and recommend solutions.
- Maintain product vision.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations.
- Design solutions and support user training.
- Define and plan business requirements.
- Analyze and manage projects (e.g., Agile).
- Create documentation and process visualizations.
- Develop product backlogs and describe communication interfaces.
- Assess change impacts and resolve errors.
- Support acceptance testing (UAT) and model project states.
- Translate business needs for the project team.
- Build domain knowledge and adapt communication methods.
- Collaborate closely with development teams and have a working understanding of how system architecture is created.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to developers and ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
